Probleme mit einem Javascript

Ich habe folgende Frage ich benutze ein Javascript um eine Datei zu aktualieseren.

Dies funktioniert bestens im IE aber im Mozilla Firefox nicht

Wie gesagt im IE funktioniert das bestens nur im Mozilla und googlecrome nicht was kann das sein?

wahrscheinlich liegt es an unterschiedlichen Schreibweise der ID - im HTML "IDBOX", im Script "idbox".
