JS für Menubar an aktuelle Browser anpassen

Ich verwende eine Menubar mit JS auf unserer Homepage --> www.seitelschlag.at

das funktioniert eigentlich soweit. nur sind mir 2 Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen die meiner Meinung nach mit neuen Browser wie Edge oder Chrome zusammen hängen.

1. unter Chrome auf Android muss man die nach unten ausklappbaren Buttons 2 mal abwechselnd anklicken damit sie funktionieren

2. weiters funktioniert das ausklappen nicht wenn man mit dem Tabulator drüber geht. wird sicher selten verwendet aber vielleicht lässt es sich fixen

da ich mich mit JS wenig bis gar nicht beschäftigt habe hier meine bitte um Unterstützung

eine Kleinigkeit wäre noch: wenn das Menu aufgeklappt ist, wäre es schön das es sich bei einem Click irgendwo auf der Website wieder zu klappt. jetzt muss man im Hauptmenü clicken.
 
Das stimmt und ist relativ leicht umsetzen. Das Skript fragt ja schon ab ob man sich um Menü befindet. Dann kann man im else-Zweig einfach alle Untermenüs verbergen:

ob ich doch mal die Motivation für JS finde?
Da sehe ich schon die nächste Baustelle: Auf dem Handy wird die Seite sehr klein dargestellt. Das kann man zwar mit einem meta-Tag unterbinden aber dann muss man dauernd scrollen. D. h. das Ganze müsste responsiv gemacht werden. Allerdings ist das dann mehr eine Sache von CSS. Nur bei einem Hamburger-Menü könnte JS wieder ins Spiel kommen.
